ESRI Authorized ArcGIS Class

Haywood Community College Continuing Education will be offering it's first ESRI Authorized class - Introduction to ArcGIS on April 27th and 28th. This will be offered at 1/2 the normal rate of taking the same class at an ESRI office like the one in Charlotte. Come take the class at HCC for $435 instead of the normal cost of $950.


Those completing this course will be able to:

  • Describe the structure of ArcGIS Desktop software.
  • Display geographic data.
  • Query a GIS database.
  • Edit geographic data.
  • Associate tables using joins and relates.
  • Create maps, reports, and graphs.

This is a 2 day course (16 hours) that is meant as an intensive introduction to GIS and ArcGIS. This course is not for college credit and is not part of the Geospatial Technology curriculum.
